What can the secretary access?
Only what you connect, with the narrowest scope we can request — calendar, email drafting, selected folders, CRM records. Nothing is required to start, and every connection can be revoked at any time.
Can it send emails on its own?
Not by default. Everything it writes lands in a review queue for your approval. If you later trust a specific tool — say, calendar confirmations — you can turn on auto-send for just that tool.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It tells the caller it's checking, runs the question against your connected data with a second reasoning model, and answers — or takes a message and drafts the follow-up for your review.
