Past this volume, Enterprise volume pricing (from $0.06/min) beats plan overage — talk to us for a quote.

This breakdown uses today's published plan prices and the ~$0.10–0.16/min overage band. The ~$0.035/min figure in the tiles above is our v1.0 native-stack target, not a rate billed today.

Illustrative estimate based on our verified ~$0.035/min self-hosted cost model — the v1.0 native-stack target, not today's early-access rates — vs an effective ~$0.11/min orchestrator rate and a loaded ~$0.80/min human-agent cost (salary, overhead, limited hours). Your numbers depend on volume, languages and configuration.

Pricing FAQ

How does billing actually work?
Accounts are prepaid by default: you top up a balance, calls and numbers draw it down, and at zero the calls stop instead of running up an invoice you never agreed to. On top of that sits your monthly plan and its included minutes; anything beyond them bills at the plan's per-minute rate. Monthly invoicing exists, but we switch an account to it by hand once we know you — it is never automatic, and there is no credit line by default.
How fast can we really be live?
Signup to a first answered test call is a few minutes: you talk to an agent in the browser before you touch telephony, no card required. A first production agent with your FAQs and calendar wired in is roughly half a day of work. The variable is the phone number — instant in the US, the UK and Canada, and usually same-day for Israel and the Gulf, where a KYC and use-case review runs first.
What is the uptime story? Is there an SLA?
The honest answer: we do not publish a numeric uptime guarantee on the self-serve plans, because we will not quote a figure we cannot back with a long enough measured record. Scale and Enterprise contracts include a written SLA with response and escalation terms agreed with you. Operationally, every call is logged, and when a supplier degrades, calls fall back to a backup provider rather than failing.
What happens if we leave?
A number you brought over SIP stays yours throughout; a number we provisioned can be released or ported out to another carrier. Transcripts, recordings and call records export over the API, and your knowledge sources are your own files. Enterprise deployments can keep running self-hosted on your own infrastructure. Self-serve plans run month to month — there is no minimum term to serve out.
What is the AI business secretary add-on?
Secretary is a standalone plan at $129/month per assistant: an AI personal assistant on your main number, with department routing, calendar and inbox connections, and 750 call minutes included ($0.15/min after). Every outbound draft waits for your approval by default. Early access — talk to sales to join.
