Which countries can I get a number in, and how long does it take?
Arivox provisions local numbers across Israel, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and Russia/CIS, with more in beta. The US, the UK and Canada are instant self-serve. Israel and the Gulf are regulated markets: a KYC and use-case review runs before a number is assigned — usually cleared the same day — and the UAE and Saudi Arabia also need business documents and a signed LOA. Anywhere else, connect your own carrier over SIP.
Do I need my own SIP trunk or carrier account?
No. Most customers use numbers we provision and never speak to a carrier. Bringing your own SIP trunk is supported on Scale and Enterprise, and it is the right call when you already have a number your customers know or a carrier contract worth keeping. We are straight about the boundary: we do not own phone lines, we buy them from licensed carriers — and so can you.
What happens to my number if I leave?
A number you brought over SIP was never ours: point the trunk elsewhere and nothing about it changes. A number we provisioned can be ported out to another carrier or released, and we hand over whatever the gaining carrier asks of the losing side. The number is not a lever we hold over you.
