Pathways give you explicit control over call logic on a native right-to-left canvas.
- Create a pathway and add nodes (questions, decisions, tool calls, transfers).
- Use variable extraction to capture data mid-call.
- Test individual nodes with the built-in checks.
- Attach the pathway to a Character and publish.
