How do I make a test call before going live?
Use the in-browser test call in the agent preview, or send a test call to your own number from the call panel.

Every agent has a live preview. Click 'Start call' to talk to it in your browser, or send a real test call to a phone number you control.
- Open the agent and select the preview pane.
- Choose 'Test in browser' or 'Send test call'.
- For a real call, enter your number and start.
- Review the transcript and evaluation afterwards.
